The WPMU Video Solution Framework contains a full video solution framework, including transcoder and administration interface utilities, written in PHP. The code was developed by Automattic Inc, and powers wordpress.com video solutions.

   Considering it took Automattic five years to develop this plug-in, no matter how complicated it is to install, we are quite certain that this is the most powerful plug-in you will ever get your hands on…

   That is, unless you have been fortunate enough to play with Kaltura’s video platform, which we here is going to soon be released as an OpenSource platform that you can host and REMIX your own videos with!
